Here’s what I learned from shooting a proper cooking video with an iPhone for the first time.
*The best image quality comes from using the 24mm main lens without any zoom.
*The 48mm digital zoom significantly reduces image quality, so I don’t recommend using it.
*If you need to zoom in, using a 58mm telephoto lens from Moment or SandMarc gives much better results.
*If you're shooting with a fixed shutter speed of 1/50, having a VND filter is essential.
*Moment and SandMarc also sell VND filters that can be attached to the front of their 58mm telephoto lenses, which seems like a good option.
*The dynamic range is quite limited, and highlights tend to get blown out, so it’s important to be mindful of them while shooting.
*Apple's official LUT is low quality and not very useful. I purchased a LUT called The One Lut, and it turned out to be quite good.
*I shot this video in Apple ProRes 422, but H.265 would probably be more than enough.
*The most important takeaway? Never use digital zoom.

Ingredients: makes 4 small pizza(7 inch)
for the dough:
360g pizza flour(I blend )
80g sourdough starter
200g warm water
8g salt
for the genovese:
100g cashew nuts
80g olive oil
30g sweet basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Feed the sourdough starter and let it ferment at around 25°C until it doubles in size. If the starter is active, this should take about 3 hours.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the pizza dough and knead for about 5 minutes. Let it ferment at around 25°C until it doubles in size, which may take 6 to 12 hours.
3. Blend all the ingredients for the pesto sauce in a food processor.
4. Divide the pizza dough into four portions and let them ferment at around 25°C for a few hours. If not using immediately, store them in the refrigerator for a few days.
5. Preheat the pizza oven to 400°C.
6. Generously dust the work surface with flour, stretch out the pizza dough, and add toppings.
7. Bake in the pizza oven for about 90 seconds until done.

「材料」
ピザ生地
ピザ用小麦粉 360g
サワードウスターター 80g
ぬるま湯 200g
塩 8g
ジェノベーゼ
カシューナッツ 100g
オリーブオイル 80g
バジルの葉 30g
にんにく 2片
塩 小さじ1
「作り方」
1、サワードウスターターにフィードして2倍以上になるまで25℃くらいで発酵させる(元気なら3時間ほどで完了します)
2、ピザ生地の材料を全て混ぜ合わせ、5分ほど捏ねます。その後25℃くらいで2倍になるまで発酵させます(6〜12時間ほどかかります)
3、ジェノベーゼの材料を全てフードプロセッサーで撹拌します。
4、ピザ生地を4等分して、25℃くらいで数時間ほど発酵させます。すぐに使わない場合は冷蔵庫で数日間は保存できます。
5、ピザ窯を400℃になるように予熱しておきます。
6、打ち粉を多めにしてピザ生地を広げ、具材を乗せます。
7、ピザ窯に入れて、90秒くらいで焼き上げましょう。
