[Ingredients] Cake pan 15cm
150g : Chocolate 65%
200ml : Heavy cream
200g : Cream cheese
80g : Brown sugar(Cane sugar)
2 : Whole eggs(L)
12g : Cake flour
[How to make}
Bring the cream to a boil and emulsify it with the chocolate.
Soften cream cheese and mix in brown sugar
Beat 2 whole eggs and beat until blended.
Beat in the ganache.
Sift in 1 tablespoon of flour
Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 28-35 minutes
