130g hazelnuts
- Bake in the oven at 150°C for 15 minutes, cool and then grind to a powder in a food processor.
80g cake flour
150g melted unsalted butter
5 egg whites (150 g)
65g sugar
65g brown sugar
- Bake in an 18cm cake pan at 175℃ for 40-45 minutes.
