I made my wife one of her favorite dishes, angel hair shrimp (fried shrimp with kataifi), for our wedding anniversary. I also used some fresh summer vegetables, which was a nice bonus. I'm still a novice gardener, so I was really happy that my vegetables grew and produced fruit. :)

【Ingredients (serves 2)】
400 - 500g tomato
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 spicy snack (flamin' hot cheetos)
A few stems of rosemary
rice paper
2 - 4 shrimp (medium or large)
potato strarch (for cleaning the shells)
cooking sake (or white wine)
2tbs tomato purée (paste type) or 100-200g tomato purée (liquid type)
200ml tomato juice
1tbsp olive oil
1 bay leaf
kataifi pastry (I bought it on amazon. You can find it at a middle eastern food store, too.)
1 egg
canola oil (for deep frying)
